Shortlistii is a software platform for employers to manage roles and candidates, run structured interviews, and review assessment evidence in one workspace. Candidate tools include resume building and interview preparation.
Employer access is available through assisted onboarding. We discuss your hiring requirements, demonstrate the product, agree on a plan and pricing, and set up your company workspace. Employer plans are based on the agreed scope and usage.
The public demo uses our employer dashboard with fictional records and sample reports. Your own hiring data belongs in a private company workspace.
